The first and most important thing we do when we are born into this world is to take our first breath. And then we go on breathing involuntarily for the rest of our lives. As we grow older, we come to learn that in order to stay alive, we must continue to breathe.
I love spending time with my friends, laughing and lounging, dancing and adventuring. I love watching movies and reading good books. I love to go camping with my dog, Charlie and hiking in the bush. I love to explore the ocean with a scuba tank on my back and I love to travel the world with nothing more than my backpack and my curiosity. I love to sew and knot and colour and create. I love to practice yoga and share yoga and live yoga and I love to live this life to the fullest.
At Wild Spirit Yoga, each group class is a gentle blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles with an emphasis on spiritual practice.
